Update Service Users

To search for a Service User use the search box by placing the text (name) you wish to search for surrounded by wildcard characters * (examples "John*" "*Jones", "*Jon*") then select the Search Service Users button

To create a new Service User, do so by creating a new referral here Create New Referral.
